Our unique swappable sensor pod means Butterfly IAQ system continually meets the WELL standard with a ‘circular’ solution for annual re-calibration.

It is a critical requirement for WELL accreditation that all sensors contained within an IAQ device are re-calibrated every year.

• Our sensor pod is easy to replace to ensure data accuracy
• Data stays accurate to ensure that the building is optimised to deliver energy saving benefits
• The sensor pod that is swapped out is sent back to the manufacturer for recalibration before being deployed back to the field - circularity
• The ability to easily replace our sensor pod allows clients to be compliant with the WELL's requirements on annual recalibration with zero hassle

Great to be part of FOOTPRINT+ last week & share insights with an array of industry experts from architects & engineers to developers & designers. Beneficial to learn how other people are overcoming challenges and what we need to change in order to push the industry forward and improve the decarbonisation of our buildings.

Butterfly are excited to be participating at FOOTPRINT+ London May 14th – 15th - The UK property event for a Zero Carbon Future. On Day 1 Nick Munro will be joining a dynamic talk panel with industry experts to discuss how monitoring air quality has benefitted asset managers and building users We will be amongst innovators who are cutting waste, embracing the circular economy & driving down carbon emissions.

In 2024 we conducted a trial with The Beam Group at a primary school in Bristol.

By installing our devices we provided data to establish indoor air quality & thereafter purification units we were able to:

• Contribute to reducing absenteeism by nearly 40%
• Considerably improve how awake & focused the students felt during the day
• Raise awareness & understanding of the effects of poor air quality by engaging the students with our intuitive devices

Butterfly is thrilled to be exhibiting at the Roca London Gallery as part of an exhibition encouraging a nature-based approach to design.

Our Indoor Air Quality monitors are inspired by the fact that butterflies are sensitive indicators of the health of our environment & use colour brilliantly to communicate their presence. We are also proud to be using recycled materials to manufacture our products.
